 we take the health and well-being of our puppies seriously. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 30-day health guarantee that covers any unforeseen health issues your puppy may experience within the first month of coming home.

What’s Covered:

• The puppy will receive a full veterinary health check prior to joining your family, including vaccinations and deworming.
• We guarantee your puppy is free from any serious contagious illnesses at the time of sale.
• If your puppy is diagnosed with any life-threatening illness within the first 30 days, we offer options for either a full refund or a replacement puppy, subject to availability.

Conditions:

• Within the first 72 hours of receiving your puppy, we require that you have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian to validate the guarantee.
• The guarantee covers any health issues related to infectious diseases or pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed at the time of sale.
• If the vet detects any health concerns, you must notify us immediately and provide the vet’s diagnosis for further assistance.

What’s Not Covered:

• The guarantee does not cover any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur after the puppy is in your care, nor does it cover preventable conditions such as parasites, which are treatable.
• The guarantee is void if the puppy is not seen by a vet within the first 72 hours of arrival.
